Teacher in Charge: Mr E. MacDonald.

While this course will offer a focus on texts coming from Aotearoa, we will also travel across countries and cultures to look at the challenges facing a variety of indigenous peoples. We will examine how authors give a voice to their people, tell their stories and widen the horizons of all who read their work.

If you are interested in studying texts from a diversity of cultures, which may include Maori and Pasifika cultures, this course may be for you.
