Year 10 Dance
Course Description
This course promotes personal and social wellbeing by developing your self-esteem, social interaction and confidence in physical expression.
Skills to be developed include: exploring through movement the elements of dance and extending our knowledge with the choreographic devices, using personal experiences and imagination to express ideas in dance, and sharing movement and responding to the student’s own and others dance.
There may be the opportunity to perform in our Junior Arts Showcase as well as view professional dance.
Contributions and Equipment/ Stationary - Costs are applicable for Adult students only

Off site activities approximately: $25
There may be an opportunity to extend learning with visits to live performances or attend specialist workshops in school.
