Course Description
We will cover standards from within the Earth and Space Science, Education for Sustainability, Biology and Chemistry domains. You will be assessed against multiple Achievement Standards, contextualised within a given rich context.
There are no external assessments in this course or course endorsement considerations.
Course Overview
Term 1
This term you will be working towards your first 7 Credits through studying Ocean Acidification. This will also provide a number of UE literacy credits (both reading and writing).
Term 2
This term you will complete the first 7 credit Internal, and start the second 7 credit Internal.
Term 3
This term you will complete the second 7 Credit Internal and start the final 4 credit Internal.
Term 4
This term will be spent completing the final internal and working towards completing your Level 3 NCEA certification.
