NCEA Level 1 Science General

We will learn about Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Earth and Space Science. 

We will complete between 16 and 20 credits within the year, however you can choose the standards which are of more interest and of use to you in your future careers. 

We will all start with the same internal assessment, and you and your teacher will discuss a plan for the rest of the year with you and your parents/ caregivers.

The list below includes the usual standards chosen. However, your teacher may offer others that are of more relevance to you and your future, although you will need to be self motivated to complete these.
