Course Description Recommended Prior Learning

To enter this course you should have gained at least 14 credits in 01 Digital Technologies or 01 Digital Technologies - Programming, or have the approval of the teacher-in-charge.

Digital Technologies

In this course, we will work on inquiry-based projects. We will work on web development by using principles of design to create the layout and visuals for the front end of the website.

We will also develop the back end of the website which will add functionality by using HTML and CSS language. For the external assessment, this student created website will be compared to an industry example to improve the website for future development.

In this course, we will also learn how to create, query, update and administer databases.
